New submissions for the new year.

Final revisions and proofing are taking place for my 3rd book submission. Once again, I am waiting for the title to speak. I'm looking at I LOVE YOU, PAPAW.

Trying to find the right publisher for this book has been a nightmare. I put a lot of research time into it and gave myself a headache. It is sort of reminiscent of Billy Crystal's Book, I Already Know I Love You, and that publisher only takes agented material. I don't know why I would want to send to a publisher who has a similar book anyway. Why would they want to publish another one if they already have one?
That's how confusing sometimes the advice is.
I hope to have this finalized within the next 2 days. I've set my goals and this needs to be in the mail this week.

Also, I need to revise my mystery a little. I've received a lot of conflicting crits on this manuscript, so I'll just have to go with my gut. I still have some time to finish it. The deadline isn't here yet.

Then, there is my rhyming pb. I just want to make sure it hasn't already been written. I have a funny feeling about this one, like maybe I've read it before.

I also have a pb about Wilbur. He's a hoot. It's full of action and needs an ending. I've been thinking a lot about it and believe I know how it should end.

All this will fill my next several weeks. If I stay committed and disciplined I can meet my goal.
