An unexpected nicety

Yesterday I received the most encouraging email from Gayle Jacobson-Huset, Assistant Editor of Stories for Children Magazine. She complimented my writing, but the email actually spoke more loudly to me about who she is as opposed to my writing. Gayle is a caring person who extends herself beyond what is expected. I've thanked her before for accepting my manuscripts, but now I'm thanking her for who she is...Gayle, you rock as a human being!
